“Villa Archontiki Thea” is a traditional newly restored villa with all the luxurious amenities you need for a comfortable holiday in our beautiful island!Built on a hilltop in Archontiki village, this villa offers the most amazing views to the Aegean sea that will dream you away. It features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, BBQ, gym, free WiFi, air-conditioning and a vast exterior area with a rooftop swimming pool with stunning views appealing to anyone seeking unique landscapes for his moments of relaxation!

INTERIOR

This beautiful villa consists of three levels, recently restored with elegant and classy taste maintaining the initial traditional building style the locals used for their own properties.
As you enter the villa, on the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms with double beds, both with ensuite bathrooms and one of them also has a sauna inside! Both bedrooms have direct access to a plan terrace. In addition, if you are active and don’t want to neglect your healthy figure, just across the master bedroom, a special fitness space was made for you so you can work out anytime you like. Next to your gym stands a small fridge and laundry facilities such as washing machine and a tumble dryer.
On the first floor, in the common space you will find a living-dining area where a large dining table stands next to a fireplace and a flat satellite smart TV where you can enjoy your meals and watch your favorite TV channels or listen to music! Right next to that there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc.) and everything you need to prepare your meals. One more bedroom is found on the first floor along with a full bathroom with jacuzzi! Getting out in the balcony, there is the BBQ area and a large dining table where you can have your lunch or dinner with the most amazing views.
The fourth bedrooms is detached to the main building and it has its own entrance on the right of the villa. In this space there is also a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchen so you can have everything you need close to you. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and nicely decorated so it can make your holidays comfortable either for families or group of friends!

EXTERIOR

The distinctive feature if villa Archontiki Thea is the exterior area on the third level with the unique rooftop swimming pool (1,20 m deep, size: 21sqm) for your refreshing moments offering the infinity effect of the beautiful natural surroundings!! For sure this breathtaking view will fly you away while you enjoy a glass of fine Cretan wine! A large dining table is set next to the pool offering you the ability to gather all together and enjoy special moments with friends or family. Additional space is made next to that to read a book or relax by the pool!

Spacious stonebuilt villa in a tranquil setting.

A traditional stone-built Villa with 4 master bedrooms plus 2 small ones and 4 bathrooms built within a beautiful olive grove and a 1000sq.m. plot with 40sq.m pool. The villa is a comfortable 156 sq.m two-story building made of natural material with more than 150years of history. The villa is located in a traditional small village called “Vergiana” close to Margarites village. This house invites you to enjoy its simplicity and the sense of absolute tranquility. The location of the village is perfect for people who love to stay in a quiet place and spend time with their families or friends!
It is a comfortable156 sq.m two-story building made from stone and wood with more than 150 years of history. Then it was renovated in 2013-2015 by it’s owners without any architectural interventions, the villa still preserves its elegant traditional touches.
The villa can accommodate 10 people in bedrooms and up to 12 people overall. It has 4 master bedrooms, plus two smaller, 4 bathrooms and each bedroom has access to separate fully equipped kitchen, a large yard with gardens, olive trees and the spacious 40 sqm pool . It is large enough for one, two or three families and provides you everything in order to feel like your home!

INTERIOR

Ground Floor- On the ground floor, you will find two independent apartments each of them with an interconnected master bedroom with a double bed, while a hall leads you to one smaller bedroom with one single bed. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is also an office room.
First Floor- On the first floor, you will find 2 more apartment whose each of them has one bedroom featuring a double bed , a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. In each of the kitchens upstairs you will find two more single beds, where the 11th and 12th guest can sleep on.

EXTERIOR

The outdoor area of the villa has about 1000 sqm fenced yards and gardens with flowers and trees where you can enjoy the relaxing natural environment! You can either relax under the trees or in our 40 sqm swimming pool area. The lush garden with the olive trees and other trees and flowers create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and promise unforgettable days and nights under the Cretan sky. In addition, there is also a barbecue and dining area where you can enjoy your meal in outdoor area.

INTERIOR

Villa 1
Ground Floor
Earthly tones create a light & airy feeling throughout the open plan kitchen and living area. In the middle of the ground floor an open plan spacious living room and kitchen are to be found. The kitchen area includes high end appliances (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer , filter coffee machine & Nespresso, toaster, microwave etc.), a kitchen island with bar stools and everything you may need to prepare your meals.
A comfortable sofa with oversized windows in front permits plenty of light to fill the whole room, while a 45inches smart/satellite Tv (with Netflix) completes the “homey” feeling. Earthly tones & tasteful decorations add a pop of color and create an atmospheric and welcoming environment.
Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are also located on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other one with two singles, which can be joined as one with a topper. Seaview is seen from each bed through large patio doors and oversized windows. All areas downstairs have direct access to the pool and dining area outdoors.
First Floor
A stair leads you to the 3rd bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. From this bedroom there is direct access to a private balcony that overlooks the stunning panoramic views of sea, distant coastline, pool, Paximadia Island and mountains.
Each bed is equipped with high quality anatomical mattresses while a top mattress can be added in the two single beds creating one double bed (if requested prior to arrival). Additionally each bedroom includes a Smart 32’’ Satellite Tv.
Interiors are defined by crisp, clean lines, elegance and minimal fuss: not a single detail detracts from its stunning surrounding — the perfect fusion of stylish minimalism and Cretan aesthetics.

Villa 2
Following the same mentality and pattern, with the only diferrence tha villa 2 has the first bedroom along with the open plan kitchen and living room on ground floor, while getting on first floor you will find the 2nd and 3rd bedroom with each ensuite bahtrooms.

EXTERIOR

Our complex biggest asset is the spacious outside areas with stunning views and the 2 50sqm infinity pools (1.35m depth , children’s pool is 0.50 depth) boasting in front of each building. Almost touching the sea, you enjoy your swim while feeling that you are in the front of a ship gazing the unbeatable views.
Comfortable Sunbeds and puff beds are settled around the pool, as well as 4 sun umbrellas protecting you from the heavy Cretan sun.
Bbq facilities will offer a chance for delicious al-fresco dining under the starry night or during sunset time always partnered with fine local wine sitting in our exterior dining table.
Our villa’s beautiful exterior complete, with the biggest respect to the natural environment, local plants and herbs. Nothing feels excessive or foreign, only a well curated continuity of the present landscape.

Furthermore following our ecological consciousness, we added solar panels that provide not only hot water but enough electricity for the whole villa.

INTERIOR

As you enter each villa you first get to see a spacious open plan living room with a comfortable corner sofa (that can be transformed into a single bed) and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer , filter coffee machine & nespresso, toaster, microwave etc.) and everything you may need to prepare your meals. Earthly tones & tasteful decorations add a pop of color and create an atmospheric and welcoming environment. A 50” inches satellite Smart Tv (with Netflix) and a corner fireplace enhance this feeling. There is also direct access to the pool and garden area from there. Moving further you can find three double bedrooms all with full ensuite bathrooms, 2 of them featuring a double bed while the 3rd one features 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with 32” satellite Smart Tv. while, new orthopedic mattresses and high quality beds will ensure a good night sleep! Last, all areas are fully airconditioned and complimentary Wifi is accessible in all villa premises. A 4th full bathroom is to be found ,formed in particular for people with special needs and disabilities, while for this reason there are no stairs at all trough the property.

EXTERIOR

Between Crete’s wild mountains and olive groves, lays our lovely villas. Stunning rural views will provide the peace and quiet you seek for during your vacation. Two 36sqm meter private pools (1,20-1,50m depth) with a friendly children area, for a refreshing dive during warm summer days is the highlight piece of the exterior. Next to it, a children playground and a charcoal bbq with sink are placed. From there eye contact to the pool is secured so you will not miss a moment from the rest of the family/group.
On top of these various comfortable and stylish outside furniture will attend your every need. Shadow is provided by both a wooden pergola as well as an extra sun umbrella and a big tree. Well maintaned lawn garden and a few local herbs and flowers are set up always with high respect to the local fauna & flaura.
