1) Conditions of Payments and booking confirmation.

In order to book a property via Muses Travel a deposit of 25-30% is necessary to be paid via bank transfer or credit card. The balance is paid the day your free cancellation period expires, usually 30 days prior to arrival via bank transfer or credit card or alternatively as it is described in your Rental Agreement sent to you prior to your booking.
Once the initial deposit has been received and accepted, you will automatically receive the booking confirmation in your inbox with all the booking and payment details along with your Rental Agreement.
For bookings that are less than 30 days prior to arrival a payment of the total amount of your stay may be necessary in order to confirm your booking.
Payments are made either with a bank transfer or by credit card through Eurobank’s secure payment system known as “Livepay” . “Livepay” belongs to Eurobank, one of the largest and most credible banks of Greece.
Through the use of Livepay, Musestravel.com does not collect or store any credit card information in its own facilities, as Eurobank carries out all the electronic transactions (i.e. credit card verification, clearance and electronic payment).

2) Cancellation policy & Refunds.

Guests are entitled to a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival. If they cancel between 29 days and 14 days prior to arrival they will receive a 50% refund of the total. After this time, no refund is given.
*Please always advise your villa’s page for its specific cancellation policy as there might be more flexible or stricter policies between the properties. Before your booking, we always inform you about the exact cancellation policy that applies to your requested property.

Should a guest wishes to cancel their reservation they have to immediately inform
Muses Travel for their intention via email/ call or text message. A booking is considered cancelled only on the day that Muses Travel have received a written cancellation from the guest.
Muses Travel doesn’t provide a refund in case your free- cancellation period has expired for reasons that Muses Travel are not responsible for and are out of our control. This includes weather conditions and cancelled or delayed flights.
Please note that we accept no liability for intermittent failure of public supplies or
utilities such as water or electricity over which we have no control, nor of sewage
systems, plumbing or mechanical equipment in villas, but shall use our best endeavors to arrange prompt repairs where possible.

3) General Rental Rules

-Smoking is allowed outside only.
-Pets are welcome in only specific properties. Please advise a Muses Travel agent before your reservation.
-Guests should not create excessive noise. Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 11:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. and siesta time (only in specific properties) 14:30-17:00.
Parties are not allowed.

• People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit.
• Only use appliances for their intended uses.
  -Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The property must be delivered in the same condition of repair and maintenance as upon arrival. An adequate amount of money will be asked for any damages. Some of the villas might also need a “damage deposit” that will be given back in full after the house has been inspected together with the owner and guest. Should any member of the Guest party behave without respect for the property and its contents, the owner has the right to ask all guests to vacate the property immediately.
• Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle.
• All units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Muses Travel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
• While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.

-In some properties, guests should show their Valid Id/ passport on arrival or during their stay that will be used for documents required to be filled for tax authorities as requested by Greek Law.

4) Cleaning

Cleaning before your stay and after your stay is always included in your rental rate.
Intermediate cleaning is arranged according to each property’s policy. Please advise your villa’s page or any of Muses Travel support agent for the cleaning policy that refers to your property.
Housekeeping is provided and included in the rental rate usually once or twice a week. Linen and towels are provided. Towels and linen are not permitted to be taken outside of the villas premises. In case you wish to have a more frequent cleaning schedule it can be arranged upon prior notice with an extra charge. Please let Muses Travel know about such requests at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
While professional cleaning company is responsible for the cleanness of the property that adopts the highest cleaning standards, please refer to a Muses Travel agent at least 24 hours after your check in, in case you notice an overlook or are unsatisfied about the cleaning standard of the house. In this case Muses Travel will arrange an extra cleaning as soon as possible.
Pool cleaning is arranged once or twice a week. Please refer to your villa’s page for more information as different policies applies to each villa.

5) Check in- Check out times

Earliest check in is available after 15:00 or 16:00 & Latest check out is at 10:00 or 11:00. Please refer to your villa’s page for check in & check out times or ask Muses Travel. Earliest check in or latest check out can be arranged only if there is availability and prior notice from guests.
Guests should inform Muses Travel about their flight details/arrival- departure times at least 7 days prior to arrival.

6) Property Standards

While all properties are always carefully inspected prior to our guest’s arrival and aim to achieve the highest quality standards minor failures or defects might occur during a guest stay that Muses Travel are not responsible or aware of. In this rare occasion that you are unsatisfied with a particular defect in the property please refer to one of Muses Travel support agents via email / call or message and Muses Travel will make every effort in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If a guest doesn’t inform Muses Travel promptly about a failure or complain and refers to it after their stay or less than 48hours before his departure then Muses Travel holds no responsibility on it and therefore can’t be held accountable for it. In any case Muses Travel always strive to be as much proactive as possible and to ensure that guests have had an enjoyable and memorable stay.

The contract between Muses Travel and the guest is governed by the Greek Law and both agree that any dispute, matter or other issue which arises in between will be resolved by the Greek Courts.
