INTERIOR

As you enter you first get to see a spacious open plan living room with a comfortable corner sofa (that can be transformed into a single bed) and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer , filter coffee machine & nespresso, toaster, microwave etc.) and everything you may need to prepare your meals. Earthly tones & tasteful decorations add a pop of color and create an atmospheric and welcoming environment. A 50” inches satellite Smart Tv (with Netflix) and a corner fireplace enhance this feeling. There is also direct access to the pool and garden area from there.
Moving further you can find three double bedrooms all with full ensuite bathrooms, 2 of them featuring a double bed while the 3rd one features 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with 32” satellite Smart Tv. while, new orthopedic mattresses and high quality beds will ensure a good night sleep!
Last, all areas are fully airconditioned and complimentary Wifi is accessible in all villa premises.
A 4th full bathroom is to be found ,formed in particular for people with special needs and disabilities, while for this reason there are no stairs at all trough the property.

Entering the villa on ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of a living room with fireplace, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary home appliances such as microwave, oven , cooker, dishwasher, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit. Decorating items specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation fill the space. There’s an LCD HD satellite ΤV , a Playstaion 4 console ,music system and air conditioners in every bedroom (use of a/c is included in the price). Downstairs there is also a bedroom with a double bed , satellite TV and a full bathroom with bathtub.
From here a wooden stair leads you into the upstair master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another two bedrooms, both with a double and a single bed, sharing the same bathroom with shower enclosure. All bedrooms are equipped with brand-new quality toppers providing maximum comfort.

The spacious exterior of this villa does not disappoint in any way, in fact, the exteriors truly enhance this splendid Villa. Well curated lawn garden, ideal for your children to play in the playground next to the pool, while you can keep an eye on them!), local plants and trees and a 50 sqm swimming pool (depth: 1.60 m-3.00 m) provides one with the perfect opportunity to exercise & enjoy the endless view of the area around. Dolce Vita Villa features three bedrooms , three bathrooms with a truly amazing pool terrace and stunning sea and sunset views over the olive groves ! Our Villa is a two storey house and its interior occupies a space of 200 m2. It accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for families and groups of friends who seek relaxation and memorable family moments. The house is wonderfully and discreetly decorated, yet very practical, covering all basic needs.. Villa features three lovely bedrooms (two double and one twin), one of which is on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. Also, all bedrooms are sunny and airy. Bedrooms on the first floor both open to large verandas with breathtaking views and their own outside sitting area, equipped with furniture. A bathroom and a separate wc – shower are on the ground floor and two more full bathrooms with shower can also be found on first floor. Located on the ground floor, is the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, with a beautiful open fireplace. The open plan design creates a cozy atmosphere and relaxing environment. The space is sunny and airy all day long, giving off a light, summer feeling! In most areas you can enjoy the fantastic unobstructed view of the area and the sea! Dining outdoors is an experience you should definitely try and you most certainly will love it! One satellite Tv is to be found in the living room, while all rooms are airconditioned.

The 420 m2 outdoor space of Dolce Vita Villa provides everything you need for a memorable family holiday, including a 25m2 private swimming pool (1.50 m deep) in a beautiful terrace, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, where you’ll love spending your time, just enjoying the sun and the summer breeze! Furthermore, an outdoor shaded sitting area, where you can treat yourself to nice glass of wine or just read a relaxing book and prepare a homemade meal in the BBQ facilities for the whole family are also available while your kids play right next to you, at the children’s playground, equipped with a swing, outdoor kids toys etc. Spend some quality time with your loved ones and make the most out of your stay!

There is also a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with double bed (king size) beautifully decorated in romantic style. From the ground floor you can access the garden and the private pool.
On the first floor which is a romantic stylish attic, there are two more sunny and airy bedrooms (double bedroom and a twin bedroom), both opening to large verandas with breathtaking views and a bathroom.
