What makes Muses Concierge different from a hotel concierge?
Hotel concierges work from a standard vendor list. We work from personal relationships built over a decade. When we book a taverna for you, the owner knows Muses. When we arrange a vineyard tour, the winemaker knows Muses. This isn’t transactional, it’s personal.
Can you arrange experiences for large groups or events?
Absolutely. We specialise in multi-generational family reunions and milestone celebrations. From coordinating a 20-person olive oil blending session to organising a private concert at your villa, we handle the complex logistics so you can be present.
How far in advance should I book concierge services?
For the peak season (June-August), we recommend booking 3 – 4 weeks in advance for exclusive chefs and yachts. For shoulder season, 1-2 weeks is sufficient. However, we’ve been known to pull off miracles with a week’s notice; never hesitate to ask.
